Besides theoretical knowledge (coding, statistics etc.) , what are some useful technical tools/skills to learn as a data scientists? Things like Git, Shell Scripting etc.

Basically, I know how to code and have the theoretical knowledge required to do it, but I feel like I don’t know much about basic tools/skills which are used around coding. I was thinking of things like Git or Shell Scripting. Do you have other examples of useful skills/tools which are useful to learn for someone who comes from a very theoretical background ?
