Computer Vision www.reddit.com

What's the best computer vision/image processing book focused on video? Ideally, it should cover classic and ML-based approaches, as well as closely related stuff (such as FFMPEG etc). Or maybe there's an extensive survey paper you can recommend?

I worked with image-based vision problems for many years, so I don't need to start from scratch. The problems and notions I'm especially interested in are (ideally unsupervised) tracking, panning, de-blurring, hyper-resolution, and video registration (if there exists something like this).
