Suppose computational resources is not an issue and the application is not real time, what are the current state of the art approaches for detecting objects in high resolution images with lots of size discrepancy? Is it sliding window approaches? Any recommended models? Multipass inference is OK, but the bounding box quality must be very high.

Thanks!
