Best tools for building a great dashboard from scratch

I have written some scripts to generate charts from monthly/Q data using seaborn and jupyter. Not a DS, but love data to solve business problems. Currently it exports the charts in a PNG format so I can attach them to my powepoint, but I would like to Take it to The next level and create a dashboard, something more dinamically. What library would be Best to get the job done?
