Book recs for modern text analytics (need insights for stakeholders)

I’ve been tasked to analyze our chatbot’s logs. I’m looking for a textbook that can guide me through modern approaches for analyzing this data.

I’ve done some clustering and sentiment analysis in the space using BERT but that was quite a while ago.

Also, any general advice? Unlike non-chatbot data, there is context here (since each user is having a back and forward with the chat bot)
