Brainstorming ideas on finding best marketing campaign for each customer

I'm a data analyst who wants to become a data scientist. The company I work for doesn't have a data scientist, but every once in a while they let me take on a predictive model project.

I'm brainstorming and would love someone to poked holes in it, or suggest improvements, as I'm learning on the fly.
