Building a computer vision setup that doesn't require a lot of training data for person recognition

Hi, for a personal project, I am trying to build some software for a security camera (webcam/arduino) where it can easily recognize humans AND also recognize specific people.

My goal is to have it alert on any humans, but not alert when it is me or anyone else I specify.

What would be the best computer vision framework or online API/sdk (e.g. some of the google/amazon apis etc) to use to be able to do this?
