Buy tpu (tensor processing unit)

Hey guys,

I was just wondering if there are any TPU the you can actually buy and put in your system. Normally the tpus that I've seen are all cloud based. But is there some kind of TPU pcie expansion card ? So some kind of accelerator besides the google coral stuff that you can actually use in your personal system?
