Can a neural net be trained to create badass artwork from pinterest?

Example: If i trained a neural net on my own pinterest board full of manga/illustration style artwork - with a rough theme (fantasy/sci-fi/wizard type characters) could the neural net then be able to output random variations of these?
If no - what would it take?
