Can anyone recommend good resources for helping set a data science team's strategy?

So I've been asked to help guide my teams strategy, through a bit of planning/facilitating.

Can anyone recommend "good" resources (especially with a DS angle) that relate to helping set/manage the teams strategy and goals etc?

There's a lot of 'stuff' online but not sure what is actually useful, and what are the unique considerations for DS teams.
