Has anybody tried to deliberately train GANs on white noise? I mean that the target images themselves look like noise. Do GANs converge in such case? Are there any interesting insights to learn from that? White noise is an extremely simple probability distribution so if GANs failed to converge on it, that would show an interesting limitation of the model.
