Good day to all of you would love examples and common problems that are experienced in all types of fields and environments eg insuarance, banking etc. And a general explanation on how you'd view and observe said problem

I could research and look for case studys online but I think utilising this subreddit would be a far better resource than anywhere on the net I thank you for your time and appreciation any response.
