Caught between data science and finance (trading). Need career advice and a better understanding of the data science side before I make a decision. How does a data science career evolve over 5 years, 10 years and 30 years?

**TL;DR: I'm a new grad and I just joined a new job as a trader (not quant trader) in commodities trading. I also have an offer as a data scientist at a large F500 retail bank/megacorp.
