So I have worked for small businesses over the past 6-8 years (50-500 people), ranging from 25M to 200M in annual revenue. My experience has been to enter these companies and establish data teams from the ground up, that facilitate reporting, insights, automation, and forecasting for sales, finance, product, and operations.
