I have a use case for RNN but am not sure how to implement it. I'm looking for tutorials that are similar to my use case.

My use case is to predict patient healthcare costs based on temporal multidimensional features (one hot encoded disease markers). For a single patient, 200 one hot encoded feature vectors are the input, and the prediction is future healthcare cost. Does anybody know of RNN tutorials that would be closely related?
