Conversational designer job offer, is salary reasonable?

Recently graduated in linguistics and got a job offer for conversational designer at 23000€ (+20% bonus which they said ‘most people get’…).
Job is fully remote. Company is based in Spain and so am I.
When I’ve searched average salary for this role in Spain minimum I saw was about 37000€ and max maybe 60000€. I don’t think as a newly qualified person I should be earning that much but is 23000 a bit low?
