[D] 3D Face Reconstruction with Dense Landmarks

Few questions about this paper, mainly with the way they attain the Dense landmark prediction.

1. I understand they use a CNN first to get a Region-of-Interest (ROI), but i'm confused as to how they inscribe an expanded square around the image.
