[D] Are IPUs still a thing?

I was initially thrilled by IPUs as they seemed to be a serious alternative to GPUs (and TPUs).

But Graphcore, the company making the IPUs, seems to be in a very bad situation now. And I don't see so many improvements in terms of software compatibility on IPUs.
