[D] Are there non technical peer reviewed journals for applied research?

I was looking at this paper today

I lack the knowledge to publish a purely theoretical Machine learning paper (nor do I have the time and energy to truly delve into the field and catching up at a level of producing meaningful output) but I think I have a couple of ideas and would be interested in doing research in the form of finding vulnerabilities, or comparing LLMs or models in novel ways etc. Stuff essentially that don't require …
