According to your experience deploying ML Solutions, what would be the best tech stack for deploying a web application which integrates various ML Algorithms in the background?

Currently, I'm looking at FA.R.M (FastAPI, React JS, MongoDB) - but not sure what your take would be on this.

Also, since most of our algorithms run on Notebooks - what would be the best practice for moving their outputs to production?

Any kind of input would be appreciated.
