[D] Can a Siamese Neural Network work for invoice classification?

I am working on a task that consists of different shipping invoice. I have to build a model to classify them. I have one example for each invoice so I am thinking will a Siamese Neural Network do the job

I am open to other methods too but this is the only thing that struck my mind. If you'll have any other idea please let me know
