I want to build a DL server for my research projects and for others in my community to benefit from it in their research also but I don't what I should buy exactly.

I have seen good deals on RTX 3090 and 3090 ti with 24 GB of VRAM and the Amd zen 4 CPUs has just been released and I think they look good ... What do you think a good build for the money would be? …
