[D] "Desk rejected" for no reason --- the ML academic conference industry is becoming broken

Submitted yesterday a paper to a ML conference. They apparently got 150% of last year's submissions. Today, I was told the paper got desk rejected since "I did not use the correct template and over used the margins".
