I'm preparing to re-submit my paper to conference, and I'm looking at ICCV 2023. The call for papers provides a template [here](https://waset.org/page/paper-submission-guideline), but it doesn't look a thing like the template from the most-recently released proceedings, [ICCV 2021](https://iccv2021.thecvf.com/node/4#call-for-papers). The page limit (15 pages!!) is also dramatically different.

Am I looking at the same ICCV? If so, does anyone know what the impetus was for the change? I can't say the new one looks nicer, though I am happy about more …
