[D] Difference between regularization and ensembling?

Disclosure I'm a beginner...

I'm a little confused with these two terms, in the case of decision trees we use the same methods of bagging and boosting for both regularizing and ensembling, so I want to know if when someone regularize the model is also ensembling it? Or what would be the difference between the two concepts and how the same methods are applied to those two different situations?
