I'm training a RL network and need a GPU. I'm trying to understand the RTX 4500 Ada vs RTX 4090. The only benefit I understand the RTX 4500 is "double precision" which to my understanding isn't beneficial to RL? From the specs of both cards the RTX 4090 blows the RTX 4500 out of the water in every form including price. Should I get the RTX 4090 or is there something to the RTX 4500 I'm missing?
