[D] Hourly Rate for Freelancing

About two years ago I did my civil service in an institute where camera traps images of wildlife animals were processed to estimate the wildlife population. Just a few weeks ago they asked me to implement a few features which were missing. I agreed to do that, but now I have to give them a price suggestion for my hourly rate.
