[D] I am working on streamlining computer vision data annotation and Nvidia's Transfer Learning Toolkit (TLT)

I am working on a project to integrate a data annotation and management tool and TLT and make a UI for it. Currently I am in brainstorming phase. I would like to know is there any such solutions out there which I can refer as a benchmark.
If not is there any thoughts on how to develop such tool. Any inputs are appreciated.
