[D] ICML Best Paper SCANDAL!!!

The twitter fiasco about critiquing grad students is missing the **much bigger problem this year**. I am still trying to piece together what happened but I **THINK somebody messed up the data entry on the ICML best paper awards**, **leading to a researchers falsely thinking they won outstanding paper.**
