Is a new open source model GPT-3-style in the works? A sort of GPT-J successor, with more parameters.

If nothing is know, how likely is for the model to be released in the next year? The success of Stable Diffusion suggests that open source biz models may makes sense, so ... pretty likely? What do you think?
