[D] Is there popular(proper) way to deal with data, manage datasets, and hyperparameters in deeplearing?

I usually did small projects, and I was the only one to see the results when I studied deep learning, so it was okay to be messy. But managing data , and hyperparameters setting, dealing with data needs to be organized in company, and my current company doesn't have standard right now.
