[D] Landing an industry research scientist internship/full-time position with only one publication?

I am currently a PhD candidate studying computer science, and I plan on graduating in December of 2024. As of right now, I worked on two research projects, where one was published in a reputable (A ranked) conference, and the other on is in-review. I'm working an a third project right now to be the last chapter of my dissertation.
