Now with commercially usable versions of LLaMA released, it seems like the only barrier to using a model like Vicuna for commercial use cases is that models like Vicuna are trained on OpenAI model output. However, the grounds on which OpenAI’s demand (that its output not be used to train competing models) is iffy, and I believe some just disregard it.I am conflicted, because I would greatly benefit from bypassing the OpenAI terms of use.
