This is a method I've read somewhere, but I can't remember the reference nor its name.

You have (say) *n* = 500 points (say) in two dimensions. You draw a line for each pair of points. That is, you have *n*(*n*\-1)/2 lines. If *n* is too large, you can sample a few thousands lines.
