[D] Machine Learning + Agriculture Research

Hi guys,

My question is : given the soil chemical characteristics, the fertilizer chemical characteristics and other factors of the environment like the temperature, rainfall and humidity, I want to determine given plant characteristics, whether or not a that plant can survive in that environment.

I'm really looking for any resources or inspiration to approach this problem.
