[D] OpenAI residency 2023

Hi all,

I was looking into the OpenAl Residency program for software engineers, does anyone have any experience with this program or went through the pipeline? Doesn't look like they have an open listing yet but I want to make sure l'm prepared for when they do open up.

Any idea how many interviews and what to expect in them? I plan to prep this year and apply next year when they open back up.
