[D] PhD in knowledge representation and reasoning for autonomous agent: research landscape

I have been offered a PhD in domain of *knowledge representation and reasoning for autonomous agents*. Goal is to use represent textual rules and world knowledge and then use those represented knowledge for reasoning, so that motion of autonomous agent can be predicted.
