I am trying to train a GAN to generate human poses in 3D space using the Humans 3.6M dataset. The output of the GAN is thus the 3D coordinates of the human joints. I have been experimenting with vanilla GANs but the output is quite noisy.

I am now looking into Least Squares GAN but was wondering if it is a good idea to pretrain the discriminator of a Least Squares GAN since it addresses the problem of vanishing gradients …
