[D] Python code to remove background from image better than rembg

I created a python library "dis-bg-remover" based off the "Highly Accurate Dichotomous Image Segmentation" ([https://arxiv.org/pdf/2203.03041.pdf](https://arxiv.org/pdf/2203.03041.pdf)), whose results are comparable, if not better, to the premium offerings in the market.
