[D] Teaching the Intuition Behind NNs

I have been teaching Machine Learning for a few years now and I wrote an article about the process I use for my training courses with classes of IT professionals.
It's about the strategy I use to build intuitions on NNs in a short time (without the need of a CS math course) and while it's mainly geared towards educators in this space, I think many of you would enjoy the read.
