[D] Term for common input in a multi-branch network

I am trying to find terms that signify a CNN/deep model where there are multiple branches, but each branch gets the same input. In addition, this common input is processed with at least 1 CNN layer itself.
An example (see image) of the overall architecture I am looking for would be a model that takes any ResNet base model, and splits it up by the bottleneck layers (1 through 4). Then, an image can be processed with the bottleneck layer …
