[D] Voice cloning state of the art?

Have there been any open source projects that have reached or surpassed the level of Descript's Overdub voice cloning?

I'm familiar with tortoise tts. Quality is great but the creator won't release fine-tuning or training scripts.

Just wondering where this field is right now cause does not seem to have much progress besides those two.
