[D] What are the best LLMs that are open to fine-tuning currently?

I am wondering what open-source LLMs are currently the best to use for fine-tuning. Given the sheer number of LLMs released in the last few months, would there be any recommendations of LLM models I can use for fine-tuning on a GPU machine? Thanks
