[D] What is the best text-to-speech tool (preferably free) currently?

Hi everyone, I need a TTS tool that sounds exactly like a human voice. I want to use it to edit some of my YouTube videos. I see a lot of TTS platforms around. Which do you recommend? I hope this isn't too much to ask. I would gladly appreciate it.
