[D] Which lower-end RTX 3000 cards are suitable for some light model training?

I want to get a lower-end RTX 3000 card which I can also use to train some smaller models/debug code etc. I originally thought an RTX 3060 might be good but apparently it is (probably intentionally) not well supported when it comes to cuda things. And RTX 3050 will likely have the same issue and wouldn't be worth bothering with in any case.
Are the 3060ti/3070/3070 ti cards any good?
