[D] Why is or isn’t ICML worth going to?

For anyone who has gone to ICML, do you think it is a beneficial conference to attend for someone working in software with some ML experience (I am pursuing my masters in CS with a focus in ML)? I would like to implement more ML techniques to projects I am doing at work and I think this conference could give me some inspiration/ ideas.
