Data Science www.reddit.com

I am finding it very hard to find genuine data leaders to take over my former data team here in Sydney. I am from a Data Science and engineering background and now moving into a leadership position in my organisation. I find myself interviewing people that are either deep on the tools but can’t seem to move up or managers that are not technical enough.

Seems to be a massive gap!

Anybody else seeing this problem?
