Data Migration ETL consultant, Should I accept?

Hello all,

I have applied to a Big4 company and during the interview they presented the mainly 3 teams they have in the data spectrum. Team 1 focuses on reporting, team 2 on ETL and data Migration, and team 3 on Advanced Analytics.
