Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer?

I am currently looking for a new job. I have an engineering background but have switched into DS a few years ago. When I look for new roles there are are also MLE positions that looks interesting. I don't have as much experience in that area though (mostly done rather simple ML in my current role, not built or deployed models on a large scale).

Does anyone have experience in these roles and could bring some light on the differences? …
