Dealing with a difficult boss

I am a senior data analyst at a small startup and work on a small team of 3 other seniors. Our roles are pretty broad and expand beyond typical data analysis things. We are responsible for BI development, app development, some modeling, and even a bit of data engineering. I’m glad that my skills have broadened so much, but it’s overwhelming at times.
